Days Like This is a beautiful 60ft Semi Traditional hybrid diesel/electric narrowboat. The hull was built by Alexander Narrowboats and fitted out by the renowned Fernwood Boats in 2017.
The boat is completely gas free and the battery bank holds 800+ ah at 48 volts. This has proved to be sufficient for several days cruising on electric or for mooring up for a week without running the beta 50 hybrid diesel engine.
The hull has been hot zinc sprayed in 2019 with a 10 years warranty. Days Like This has also been 2 part epoxied.
Solar panels, 100kgf bowthruster, monitoring system for 48v battery bank and bowthruster using dongles and the Victron app.
Boatwarden alarm system with PIR sensors, engine room bilge sensor and GPS tracker. Moonraker DVT1000 external aerial for WiFi router. Automatic satellite dish, Navigation lights.
